Exchange & Return Policy

1. Customers can open and inspect their package while the courier waits.

2. If they decide not to take the order after inspection, they must pay the shipping fees.

3. If they accept the order but later are not satisfied, they have 24 hours to contact eiei via DM and request a return.

4. After 48 hours, returns are no longer available and the order becomes exchange only.

5. The item must be:
• Unworn
• Unused
• Unwashed
• Undamaged
• In its original packaging

6. For refunds, customers should provide their Instapay or mobile wallet details when submitting the return request.

7. The full product amount is refunded after eiei receives and inspects the item.

8. Exchanges are shipped within 1–5 working days after the original item is received.

9. In case of exchange or return, the customer will be charged the shipping fees.

10. A confirmation call or WhatsApp message will be sent to the clients before their order is shipped. In case of no response the order will be automatically canceled.
